Accessibility Statement

AskDila is committed to making its services accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

Our commitment

We believe that digital services should be usable by everyone. AskDila is designed and developed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards across all user-facing interfaces, and is built to comply with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which applies to digital services from June 2025.

What we've done

  • • Sufficient colour contrast across all colour schemes and themes
  • • Keyboard-navigable interfaces with visible focus indicators
  • • Screen reader friendly markup with ARIA labels where needed
  • • Text scaling support without loss of functionality
  • • Reduced motion support for users with vestibular disorders

Conformance status

AskDila aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. All eight phases of accessibility compliance have been completed and tested. As we continue to develop new features, accessibility is part of the design process from the beginning.

Multilingual accessibility

AskDila supports English and German. Accessibility testing has been performed across all supported languages to ensure a consistent experience.

Feedback
