No. AskDila works inside the WhatsApp your clients already have on their phone. Nothing to install, no account to create, no links to click.
How long does setup take?
Under 30 minutes. We connect to your WhatsApp Business number, configure your schedule and services, and you're ready to go.
Will my clients know it's automated?
Yes, and EU law requires it. Under the EU AI Act (Article 50), users must be told they are interacting with an AI at or before the first message. AskDila discloses this clearly in the opening message. After that, conversations are natural and friendly, and you can step in to take over at any time.
What does it cost?
