2. What data we collect

When you sign up to the AskDila waiting list, we collect the following personal data:

• Name: to address you personally in communications
• Email address: to notify you when AskDila launches
• Business type: to provide relevant information
• Consent timestamp: date and time of consent, recorded as proof under GDPR

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Waiting list management and launch notification, legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)
• Security and abuse prevention, legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests)

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@askdila.ai. Your data will be deleted immediately upon withdrawal.

4. Data processors

We use the following third-party processors to operate askdila.ai:

• MailerSend (MailerSend Ltd., Malta): email delivery. Processes your email address to send confirmation and launch notifications. GDPR-compliant, DPA available.
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): server infrastructure. All data is stored on EU servers in Germany. GDPR-compliant.
• Coolify: deployment layer running on the same Hetzner infrastructure. No additional data transfer outside the EU.
• Mistral AI (France): AI suggestions in internal tooling only. Not used in any client-facing feature of askdila.ai at this stage.

5. Data retention

Waiting list data is retained until the official launch of AskDila or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. [FILL IN: confirm retention period with legal counsel]

8. Survey data

As part of our market research, we collect anonymised survey responses about appointment management in service businesses. If you voluntarily provide your email address as part of the survey, we process it on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the following purposes:

• Sending you a personalised analysis of your survey responses
• Contacting you about our pilot programme
• Keeping you informed about AskDila and product news

Survey responses submitted without an email address are stored in fully anonymised form and cannot be traced back to you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@askdila.ai Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
