2. Scope of service
AskDila is an AI-powered WhatsApp booking assistant for service businesses. At this stage, askdila.ai offers a waiting list for businesses interested in early access. No commercial service agreement is created by joining the waiting list.
3. No guarantee of launch date or access
Joining the waiting list does not guarantee access to AskDila or any specific launch date. We will notify waiting list members when early access becomes available.
4. User obligations
By signing up, you confirm that the contact information you provide is accurate. You agree not to use the waiting list signup for automated, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
5. Pricing
Pricing and payment terms will be announced before the official launch. Early access members will be informed in advance and will receive a founding member rate. [FILL IN: confirm pricing structure]
6. Liability
B-Software is not liable for damages resulting from delays or unavailability of the service, unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability for third-party service outages (WhatsApp, payment providers, etc.) is excluded.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. For consumers, the mandatory law of their country of residence applies.
